Order Processing & Shipping Times

Orders typically process within 3–5 business days before shipping.

During holidays, government shutdowns, polar vortex weather, hurricanes, or times when general chaos reigns, processing may take a little longer. Processing time is separate from shipping time, and yelling at your screen will not speed it up. We tested.

Once your order ships, tracking info lands in your inbox.

U.S. orders usually arrive 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on destination and carrier. Shipping rates and options are shown at checkout.

About Tracking Updates

Your tracking link is in your shipping confirmation email. You can also view your orders by clicking here to log in

Shipping carriers don’t always scan packages at every stop. It’s common for tracking to look quiet for a few days, then suddenly jump ahead with a big update like “Out for Delivery” or “Delivered.”

Carriers sometimes update tracking in batches. This means your package may already be moving through the system even if the tracking page hasn’t caught up yet.

  • If your tracking hasn’t updated in 2–4 days, that’s normal.
  • If it jumps from “Label Created” straight to “Out for Delivery,” also normal.
  • If your estimated delivery window hasn’t passed, your order is almost always still on schedule.

Delivered Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, it’s officially out of our hands and onto your porch.

If a porch pirate beats you to it, that’s a crime problem, not a shirt problem. Still, we’ll review those situations case by case because we’re not monsters.

If your package is truly past the delivery window or something looks genuinely wrong, reach out with your order number and we’ll dig into it.
