At Gentlemen Jerks, we want you to love the gear you wear while causing trouble in it. Most orders go off without a hitch. When they don’t land right, here’s how we handle it.
Quality Issues (Defects, Damage, Print Problems)
If your item arrives busted, misprinted, damaged, or otherwise not living up to its potential, we’ll fix it.

Contact us within 30 days of delivery - this is critical.

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
If it’s a legit quality problem, we’ll send a replacement at no cost.
If we screwed it up, we own it. Simple.
Packages Lost or Damaged in Transit
Sometimes carriers fumble the ball.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged during shipping, contact us within
30 days of the estimated delivery date shown in tracking emails.

We’ll work with you on the next steps. Claims submitted after 30 days will not be eligible.
Packages marked as “delivered” but mysteriously missing are reviewed individually. Porch pirates are crafty little gremlins.
Change of Mind / Fit Issues / Canceling Orders
Something doesn't fit right? Happens. Or need to cancel or make a change to an order you just placed? Contact us immediately.

We offer GentlemenJerks.com store credit only. No refunds to original payment sources.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of damage, deodorant, pet hair, cigarette smoke, or signs of a wild night

Customer covers all return shipping costs - Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Orders can only be canceled before they enter production. Once in production, they cannot be canceled, modified, or undone and will still be completed and delivered. If you no longer want the item, it must be returned to receive store credit
Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue store credit for the item price.
Store credit never expires and works on anything in the shop.
We do not offer direct exchanges, so please double-check sizing before ordering. (example: you ordered a Small, but want a Large)
Return Address
Do not send anything back without contacting us first!
Approved returns will be sent to our designated return address. Surprise packages will be judged silently.
